The environment-friendly paint printing and dyeing adhesive project developed by the radiation polymerization method jointly undertaken by Anhui University Tianfu New Material Co., Ltd. and Anhui Tianyan Wiring Co., Ltd. was recently identified by experts from the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province.
This project adopts in-situ emulsion polymerization process and uses Co60-gamma radiation to prepare waterborne acrylate-polyurethane environment-friendly printing and dyeing adhesive series. It does not contain formaldehyde and APEO. The product has advanced production technology, no "three wastes" in the production process, and meets environmental protection requirements and national industrial policies. The products were tested by the Anhui Fiber Inspection Bureau and the Shanghai Tianxiang Company (specified by EU standards in China) without formaldehyde and APEO. The products are used by users and are well received by users, and can meet the requirements for the use of infant clothing.
Experts agreed that the project has a promising market, good economic and social benefits, and technology at the leading domestic level.
