Mushrooms, as a kind of plant, are often given a variety of cultural meanings because of its unique shape and gorgeous appearance. Mushrooms, as a food ingredient, have always existed in an elegant and low-key manner. The grains in the plate mushroom, never lose one's favor, never get more, but the mushroom has a unique fragrance, petting the human taste buds.

In French, the plain white mushroom on weekdays has a resounding name: Champignon de Paris. In fact, the Parisian mushroom does not come from Paris. The gardener of Louis XIV first introduced it to France and planted it in the Palace of Versailles. It was then called a Parisian mushroom by mistake. Heaven is so shy of white mushrooms, gave it a romantic name, but also gives it an elegant appearance. Truffles, as aristocrats in mushrooms, have both an aroma of dreams and an irreplaceable nutritional value. Starting from a truffle shop, the Maison de la Truffe in the 8th arrondissement of Paris has a history of nearly one hundred years and is known as the “Trojan Paradise”. Here, gently sip truffles, sipping wine and experiencing authentic French light food.

Or black, or white, with a simple combination to explain the noble truffle, with a mosaic of color to go to a French meal. Like a humble mushroom, plain is always a low-key yet elegant choice, with unlimited possibilities of plain match in folds or colourblocks.
